THE CLUB

The Club was the first phase of a master planned community, North Lake Condominiums. It was designed by ARCNET Architects and built by Petry Construction.

With the convenient and popular waterfront restaurant Frankie’s on the Water, private docks, boat ramp, playground area and two pools, this phase of the North Lake Condominium project was so successful that all units were pre-sold before construction began.

Built in record time in 2005, the North Lake Condo Club was a great choice for new lakefront homeowners as well as savvy real estate investors. This phase of the development features 60 condominium units and introduced fun family activities and vacationing to the serene north side of beautiful Lake Martin. It represents the culmination of the dream and vision to bring carefree and affordable lake living to this area of the lake.
